EN FOTOS: Destruyen 4 camiones y atacan de nuevo la base militar de La Carlota este viernes

Grupos de violentos vinculados a la Mesa de Unidad Democrática (MUD, coalición de partidos de oposición) quemaron cuatro camiones este viernes, dos de ellos de empresas privadas, frente a la base aérea militar Francisco de Miranda en La Carlota, Caracas, en un nuevo ataque emprendido este viernes, destruyendo parte de sus cercas y atacando con piedras y bombas molotov su área interna.
El grupo violento estrelló uno de los camiones contra las rejas externas de la base militar para facilitar su derribo, y luego echó abajo una parte de las rejas usando cables para tirar de ellas hasta tumbarlas. Acto seguido, procedieron por varias horas a atacar a los efectivos militares que custodian la base, ingresando a la base y lanzándoles objetos contundentes para entonces salirse.
Los camiones fueron utilizados para obstaculizar el paso.
El comunicador Oswaldo Rivero, de La Otra TV, informó que fueron cuatro los camiones destruidos, dos de ellos de empresas privadas. También fue secuestrado un vehículo de un particular. Rivero entrevistó a dos de los conductores de vehículos secuestrados, quienes narraron lo que vivieron.

Dentro de la base aérea se encuentra una escuela primaria, cuyos estudiantes en su mayoría niños resultaron afectados por el humo que provocó el incendio de las gandolas.
La oposición convocó este viernes a una “Tranca Pacífica” que culminó en el asedio a la Base Aérea en La Carlota. Con el ataque de este viernes, suman más de diez contra la base militar de La Carlota perpetrados por los grupos violentos de la MUD, denunció el ministro para las Relaciones Interiores, Justicia y Paz, Néstor Reverol, el jueves pasado.
